Hi, I’m MJ
My mission didn't start with a book series; it began in the quiet, demanding trenches of a bird sanctuary, where I spent the early part of my career rehabilitating everything from wounded hawks to majestic eagles. That passion for the voiceless eventually led me to horse stables and a lifelong commitment to fostering and adopting dogs. In fact, all but one of our many family dogs over the years have been rescues—including Pearl, our Great Pyrenees who lives with us today.
Even while building a successful technical career, I never stopped volunteering or researching the gaps in animal advocacy. I’ve spent years finding ways to contribute more effectively to animal needs, and I realized that to make a true impact, we needed more than just awareness—we needed a community of "Agents" working together.
I created Protectors of Animal Cruelty Threats (PACT) to turn my lifetime of service and research into a mission-driven engine. Whether through the PACT book series or our e-commerce essentials, every purchase directly funds the real-world "Heroes" you help us nominate and choose.

3. How can I nominate an animal rescue or hero?
We love discovering new heroes! You can submit a nomination through our website via our nomination form, send us an email to [email protected] or post to any of our social accounts. Share their story, and they may be featured in our next community vote for funding.
4. If I order today, when will my order arrive and do you ship internationally?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with standard U.S. shipping taking 3–7 business days. We believe animal advocacy has no borders and ship internationally to most countries worldwide. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package heads out.

We want you to love your gear! We accept returns on unused items and books in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items or digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless defective.
